To help keep everyone safe from spam and malicious activity, we’ve introduced a new security step for submitting a query to SCIS. This only applies if you haven’t been in touch in the last 12 months.
What this means for you
When submitting a request for customer support while not signed in:
- Send your message through our usual channels.
- You’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address and create a one-time password.
- Once you verify it, your query and any future queries, will be delivered to us.
If the email isn’t verified, your query may not reach us.
If you would rather not sign in or verify your email, we are available by phone on the following numbers:
1800 337 405 (free call within Australia)
OR +61 3 8330 9401
New Zealand Telephone (toll-free):
0800473565
Why this change is happening
This update is designed to prevent spam submissions and ensure that we only receive legitimate messages from real users.
It helps protect:
- Your inbox
- Our support systems
- The experience of everyone who relies on us
