The primary contact for each account can update and manage contacts for their account.
- Navigate to the My profile page. This is found in the drop-down menu underneath your school/organisation name in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Select School/organisation contacts.
- Click Edit details.
- You will be prompted to enter the customer PIN. Click here to find out how to retrieve your PIN.
- After you have successfully entered your PIN, the fields within the Primary contact box will be open to edit.
- If you are only editing the primary contact details, make the changes and press Save.
Editing 'Other contact details' in your account
- Scroll down to Other contact details. (Remember, you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details.)
- Click on the pencil to edit the contact details.
- You can also specify who receives SCIS invoicing communication and/or SCIS marketing material by checking the relevant boxes.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
Removing existing contacts from your account
- Scroll down to Other contact details. (Remember you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details)
- Click on the red rubbish bin icon.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
Adding new contacts to your account
- Click on the Add contact button on the bottom right-hand side of the page. (Remember you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details)
- Enter the contact details for the new user, specify their contact type, and whether they would like to receive SCIS marketing communications.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
