How do I renew my subscription?

1. A renewal notification will be sent out around the the time of your renewal. Click on the link in the renewal email or visit this link to get started: https://my.scisdata.com/subscriptions
2. If you are not already logged into SCIS, you will be prompted to do so. You will then be taken to the My subscriptions section of your account.
3. Click on the green Renew button next to your subscription information. This will take you to the shopping cart.
4. If the green Renew button does not appear, this might mean we need your updated enrolment figures. Please call or email us with your most recent enrolment numbers so we can update your account. 
5. If you are subscribed to both SCIS Data and Authority Files, you will only see one renewal button. Clicking this will automatically place both products in the shopping cart.
6. In the shopping cart you can add and/or remove products as you like, so feel free to browse our site to see the webinars and training we have scheduled, or should you be based in Australia, you may wish to purchase a barcode scanner.
7. You can return to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
8. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click on Proceed to checkout.
9. Enter your details, including the purchase order number if you have one.
10. Click Proceed.
11. Read and agree to our Terms of Use.
12. Finally, choose whether you would like to Request Invoice or Pay Now:
    • Request Invoice: An invoice will be sent to the primary contact of your school or organisation’s account, as well any invoicing contacts on the account. The invoice will also be available for downloading from the account's subscription section.
    • Pay Now: You will be taken to our online payment portal. Further information about making an online payment can be found here.
