How is SCIS priced and my subscription calculated?

At SCIS we aim for our pricing to be transparent, easy-to-understand and fair for all our customers.

Our pricing reflects the value SCIS brings to your school. For SCIS Data, pricing is tiered, as larger schools typically have more educational resources in their libraries, and therefore access more catalogue records. 

SCIS Authority Files subscriptions have a uniform yearly price for all schools, as each customer downloads the same authority files, regardless of library size.

The SCIS Data subscription price for your school is calculated based on the number of students enrolled in your school. When you first subscribe to SCIS, your enrolment data is added to our system based on the publicly available school data for Australia, New Zealand and other countries. We update this data annually, and encourage your school to provide us with any updates on enrolment figures or other changes when necessary.

You can check your school's subscription cost by going to our Products page, entering your school’s enrolment number on the right-hand panel, and selecting Add to cart.
