In some cases, the barcode on the back of a resource scans incorrectly. If an incorrect item is returned, check that the ISBN under the barcode matches the ISBN on the publications details page inside the book. If there is a discrepancy, manually type the number into the Scan or enter ISBN, ISSN, ISMN and SCIS numbers box.
