This is usually due to the configuration of the barcode scanner. From the Quick scan page, click on the text box under Scan or enter ISBN, ISSN, ISMN and SCIS numbers to ensure items are ready to be scanned. If the issue persists, please check your barcode scanner manual or contact your barcode scanner supplier.
