Enter a name for this download in the Download name field (optional).
Select the type of digital content to download (for example, websites).
Enter a time period by selecting the calendar icons in the From and To fields. The time period cannot be longer than three months. Digital records created within this time period is what will be downloaded.
Click on Create request. Your download request will be displayed on a new page, showing the matched records.
Review the Matched records list, and remove any records you do not wish to download. To remove an item, click on the record’s corresponding Remove button.
Once you are satisfied with your records list, click on the Download records button above the Matched records list.
Depending on the settings for your internet browser, the file containing your records will download and auto-save in the Downloads folder on your PC, or a Save as dialogue will open up. ‘Save as’ provides the option to select where to save the file or to change the file name (optional).
Once your download is complete, open your library management system and import the downloaded records. As all library systems are different, we are unable to provide detailed instructions on how to import the file into your LMS. If you require assistance, please contact your vendor. Note: SCIS Data files are compatible with all library management systems.
