Why isn't 'Create request' working for me?

As of June 15 2022, Microsoft ended its support for Internet Explorer, which has now been replaced by Microsoft Edge.

If you continue to use Internet Explorer, it is highly likely that SCIS services will not function as expected on this browser.

SCIS users are now strongly advised to use an alternative web browser in order to ensure security, privacy and functionality when using their SCIS Data logins. Web browsers which are still supported, and which SCIS is functioning optimally within, include Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Safari (Apple).

If you have any questions about downloading and installing a new web browser, please consult your school’s IT staff.
