In the weeks leading up to the webinar you have booked in for, it is a good idea to perform a system check on the computer you will be using to attend the session.

This link will take you to a webpage that checks whether your computer supports GoTo Webinar. It will check the compatibility of the operating system, internet browser version and internet connection. If you run into issues on any of these three points, please refer to your school’s IT support for assistance.
Once the computer has passed the system check, click on Try a test session. This will let you test out the process of joining a GoTo Webinar session. During this process, if your browser prompts you to launch GoTo Opener, please do so. If required, please ask your IT for support. The test is complete once you see the message You have successfully joined a test session.
