Pop-up windows need to be enabled for SCIS Data

When you click on the Download MARC record button within the Record details view of a SCIS record, the download will only proceed if you have enabled pop-up windows for your browser. To enable pop-up windows:

For Internet Explorer users

1. Near the top right corner of the page there is a cog-shaped icon that looks like this: . Click on this icon.
2. Click on Internet options.
3. Select the Privacy
4. Make sure Turn on Pop-up Blocker is unticked.

For Mozilla Firefox users

1. Near the top right corner of the page, there is an icon that looks like three thick horizontal lines, . Click on this icon.
2. Click on Options.
3. Select the Content
4. Make sure Block pop-up windows is unticked.

For Google Chrome users

1. Near the top right corner of the page, there is an icon that looks like three dots in a vertical row, . Click on this icon.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Advanced at the bottom of the page.
4. In the Privacy and security section, select Content Settings….
5. Make sure it says Allowed under Popups. If it says Blocked, then click on it.
6. Where it says Blocked (recommended), click the switch so it then changes to Allowed.

For Microsoft Edge users

1. Near the top right corner of the page, there is an icon that looks like three dots in a row, . Click on this icon.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down and click on View advanced settings.
4. Make sure Block pop-ups is switched off.
