We would be more than happy to help update your contacts for you, please email help@scisdata.com and we can do this for you.
The primary contact for each SCIS account can add and manage contacts for their account. Please follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the My profile page, this is found underneath your School Name in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Select School/Organisation Contacts.
- Click Edit details.
- A pop-up box will appear asking you to enter your customer PIN.
- If you do not know your PIN, follow the prompt for the PIN to be emailed to the primary contact email address. (Alternatively, send us an email and we can provide this for you)
- If you no longer have access to your primary contact's email address, follow the prompt to update your account's primary email address.
- After you have successfully entered your PIN, the fields within the Primary contact box will be open to edit.
- If you are only editing your own contact details, make the changes and press Save. If you would like to make changes to additional contacts in your SCIS profile, please follow instructions below.
Edit existing contacts in your account
- Scroll down to Other contact details. (Remember you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details)
- Click on the pencil to edit the contact details.
- You can specify who receives SCIS invoicing communication and/or SCIS marketing material by checking the relevant boxes.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
Remove existing contacts from your account
- Scroll down to Other contact details. (Remember you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details)
- Click on the red rubbish bin icon.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
Add a new contact to your account
- Click on the Add contact button on the bottom right-hand side of the page. (Remember you will need to enter your PIN after clicking Edit Details)
- Enter the contact details for the new user, specify their contact type, and specify whether they would like to receive SCIS marketing communications.
- Click Save to submit your changes.
