All users have the ability to update their own email address and password in the My details section. The function to update School/Organisation Contacts is restricted to the primary contact only. The primary contact acts as the account admin; they have the ability to access and change the PIN, update all account details, and add new contacts. There is a retrieve PIN function available once you have selected Edit details, and the PIN will then be emailed to the primary contact.
