All users have the ability to update their own email address and password in the my details section. The function to update School/Organisation Contacts is restricted to the primary contact only. The primary contact acts as the account admin, they have ability to access and change the PIN, update all account details and add new contacts. There is a retrieve PIN function available once you have selected 'edit details', the PIN will then be emailed to the primary contact.
